Renee Riga

Renee Riga has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare and financial industries since 1993. Renee began their career at MetLife as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for computing and reviewing data for Annual Statement purposes, calculating and reporting quarterly and year-end earnings, and analyzing monthly, quarterly and year-end earnings, reserves and estimates. In 1998, Renee moved to Merial as a Forecasting Analyst, where they prepared and analyzed monthly forecasts for all Merial-sourced US products and developed and maintained forecasting analyses and measurement tools. In 2000, Renee joined Sanofi as a Manager Field Force Effectiveness, where they managed and updated all Account and Territory alignments for Managed Markets and handled all Field inquiries related to IMS data reporting and incentive compensation. In 2008, Renee became Manager Business Analytics at Ethicon, Inc., where they managed all phases of Business Analytics projects, developed actionable insights, and communicated and presented results. In 2011, Renee joined Zealand Pharma as Associate Director Commercial Analytics, where they provided Sales Operations and Analytics support for the launches of several pipeline products in the Metabolic and Rare Disease markets. Finally, in 2021, Renee became Director Sales Operations at Cognoa, where they built from the ground up and led all Sales Operations functions for a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) start-up, with June 2021 FDA authorization for an Autism spectrum disorder machine learning enabled digital diagnostic aid. In 2022, they began their current role as Sales Operations Director at Intuity Medical, Inc.

Renee Riga received their Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Rutgers Business School between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rutgers University between 1989 and 1993.
