Krystal Green

Krystal started their career as an HR Business Partner at XPO Logistics, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for consulting with business leaders to identify talent needs and developing strategies to attract top talent. Krystal also served as a liaison between the HR department and the company's benefits provider.

In 2015, Krystal joined Laura Dester Shelter as their HR | Benefits Liaison. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of the organization's benefits program, including open enrollment, COBRA administration, and health & wellness initiatives. Krystal also served as the primary point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their benefits.

In 2017, Krystal joined Key Personnel as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. Krystal also conducted reference checks and negotiated offers on behalf of the company. In 2019, Krystal was promoted to Vice President of Talent & Culture at the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. In this role, they were responsible for leading the organization's recruitment efforts and developing programs to improve employee engagement and retention.

Krystal Green received their Doctor of Education from Southern Nazarene University in Educational Leadership and Administration. Krystal also has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Krystal's undergraduate degree is in family studies and gerontology from Southern Nazarene University.

Krystal Green reports to Megan Thomas, Managing Director. Krystal Green works with Victoria DeLeon - Talent Partner, Louie Napoleone - Director, Partner Operations, and Timothy Bright - Human Resources Generalist.
