Rafael Santiago

Rafael Santiago has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Rafael began their career as a Computer Technician at Cooperativa Salicoop, where they maintained and troubleshooted computers. From there, they worked as an Information System Technician at the University of Puerto Rico, where their responsibilities included maintaining computers and printers, resetting user passwords, and replacing network switches.

Rafael then joined Global Learning & Consulting as an IT Consultant, where they implemented Office 365, migrated Windows Server 2003 Active Directory to Windows Server 2012, and implemented Exchange online. Following this, they worked at KryOnyX Corporation as an IT Specialist, providing maintenance and implementing projects for various clients, including those in the health, administration, and legal sectors. Rafael also worked as an IT Manager at KryOnyX Corporation, where they supervised a team and handled quotes and project management.

Currently, Rafael is employed at InTWO as a Professional Consultant. In this role, they execute projects related to Microsoft Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity, and Security. Rafael also provides consultancy to clients for the implementation of new technologies and security optimizations.
