Vinod Mohanakrishnan

Vinod Mohanakrishnan has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Vinod started their career as an IT Support Engineer at NeST Software in 2006. Vinod then worked as an IT Support Engineer at Al Abbar Group for three years, where they managed the network infrastructure for over 400 users across multiple locations.

In 2010, Vinod joined Columbus A/S as an IT Analyst and Infrastructure Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for handling IT infrastructure for over 100 users across multiple countries. Vinod also played a key role in virtualizing client development environments using Hyper V technology.

Vinod then worked at O2GEN SOLUTIONS from 2013 to 2015 as a Manager - IT/Infrastructure Consultant. Here, they were solely responsible for the IT infrastructure of the group, managing over 60 users across two countries. Vinod also implemented Office 365 and administered SonicWALL Firewall.

From 2015 to 2016, Vinod served as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Theodor Wille Intertrade. Vinod handled the group's IT infrastructure and managed virtual machines hosted on cloud platforms. Vinod also administered Office 365 services for the organization.

Currently, Vinod is working as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Intwo. In this role, they provide cloud services to enterprise clients using Microsoft Azure. Vinod has been with the company since 2016.

Vinod Mohanakrishnan completed their secondary education from Our Own English High School in Dubai from the years 1986 to 2001. Vinod achieved a CBSE +2 degree during this time. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they attended SSCET and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Vinod obtained the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in June 2019, 70-533 Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions from Microsoft in July 2018, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Vinod also has certifications from Microsoft such as Microsoft Certified Dynamics Specialist (MCDS) in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Installation and Configuration, Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) Messaging, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) in the Windows Server 2003 platform, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Designing, Assessing, and Optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM).
