C. Martin Harris

C Martin Harris, M.D., has been a Director since January 2003 and Lead Independent Director since May 2012. He also served as Invacare's Interim Chairman of the Board from December 2014 until May 2015. Since December 2016, Dr. Harris has served as the Associate Vice President of the Health Enterprise and Chief Business Officer of the Dell Medical School at The University of Texas, Austin. From 1996 until October 2016.
