Cecile Tardif

Cecile Tardif has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Cecile most recently served as the Human Resources Director for Southern Europe & Benelux at Invacare Corporation starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior HR Manager for the North Region of France at International Flavors & Fragrances from September 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they were an Independent Consultant in Human Resources and Management at Cadres en Mission - Portage Salarial from November 2019 to October 2021. Cecile also held positions as the HR Manager at DuPont Nutrition & Health from August 2014 to November 2019 and at GMS (CAP Management group) from February 2014 to July 2014. Cecile started their career at Invacare in 2003, where they held various roles such as HR Generalist, HR Administrator & Payroll Manager, and HR & Payroll Administrator.

Cecile Tardif obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Strategy from the University of Tours in France from 1998 to 2003.
