Heather Podesta is the Founder and CEO of Invariant, a position she has held since January 2007. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Blank Rome LLP from April 2004 to December 2006. Heather also has experience as Tax and Trade Counsel for Representative Robert Matsui (D-CA) and Legislative Counsel for Tax and Trade for Representative Earl Pomeroy (D-ND). She has a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
