Matthew Gallagher

Matthew Gallagher currently serves as the Head of DC Communications & Public Affairs at Invariant since July 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Executive Vice President for the Corporate Practice in North America at BCW Global from June 2021 to May 2023. Matthew's extensive experience at APCO Worldwide spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Head of Midwest & West Regions, Managing Director in Chicago, and various leadership positions in the Energy & Clean Tech and Corporate Communications practices. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Cerrell Associates, Legislative Director for the City of Los Angeles, and as a Senior Account Executive at Cerrell Associates earlier in the career. Matthew began professional work in the Office of Representative Bob Wise in the United States House of Representatives from 1995 until 1998. Matthew holds degrees from James Madison University and Paul VI.
