Lauren Searle

Lauren Searle began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC. Lauren then joined Manulife in 2014 as a Group Retirement Documentation Analyst before transitioning to Insurity in 2015. At Insurity, they held various roles including Client Relationship Coordinator and Senior Client Relationship Coordinator. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2022, Lauren Searle joined Invafresh as a Customer Success Director.

Lauren Searle earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Management Information Systems from McGill University from 2007 to 2010. Lauren then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Université de Montréal from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications related to customer success management, customer experience, employee motivation, and project management.
