Bijaya Guragain

Bijaya Guragain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a QA Tester at IT Sutra, where they worked closely with the development team to ensure software quality by developing and executing test plans and test cases. They also performed various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

After that, Bijaya worked as an Office Assistant at St. Cloud State University, where they were responsible for data cleansing activities and coordinating and supervising students.

Next, they served as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Galdyouask Inc., where they saved the company money by identifying and fixing software defects before release. They also implemented automated testing processes, resulting in reduced manual testing time and improved product quality.

Following that, they served as an Information Technology Summer Intern at Microbiologics, Inc., where they gathered business requirements and translated them into system specifications. They also collaborated with other IT members on solutions for these requirements.

Later on, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cinch Home Services, Inc., where they implemented CTI pop technology for IVR calls, resulting in cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.

Currently, Bijaya is working as a Quality Engineer at Invenco, where they meet operational goals, perform EMV Level 3 device certification, and manage all aspects of EMV L3 certification.

Throughout their career, Bijaya has consistently demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, valuable problem-solving skills, and ability to drive cost savings and customer satisfaction.

Bijaya Guragain earned a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Assurance at St. Cloud State University from 2018 to 2019.
