John Adams

John Adams has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and internal communications, currently serving as Senior Director at Invenergy since March 2014. Previously, John held roles such as Vice President and Director of Internal Communications and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition within the same company. Prior to Invenergy, John worked as a Recruiter at Addison Administrative and Spherion Staffing, providing comprehensive recruiting support and expertise in candidate sourcing and interviewing. Earlier experience as a Team Leader at Target involved leading a team to enhance customer service and manage inventory effectively. John holds a BA in Communications-Media Studies from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
