Tamuto Takakura

Tamuto Takakura is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations at Invenergy since October 2019, Tamuto has previously held various roles such as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Prior experience includes managing the Turbomachinery Testing team at Notre Dame Turbomachinery Laboratory and serving as Lead Engineer at GE Power, where computational analysis of internal blade cooling designs was conducted. Tamuto began the career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Notre Dame, also working as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Research Intern at NASA Glenn Research Center. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, along with a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University.
