Arti H Thakkar has extensive experience in legal recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Resourcing (Legal) at Invenio Global since October 2022. Previously, Arti co-founded Advance Search, providing outsourced research solutions to global recruitment agencies from May 2019 to August 2022. Other roles include Senior Consultant positions at Atticus Legal Recruitment and Global Legal Recruitment, where expertise in the Chinese, British, and US markets was demonstrated. Earlier career highlights include Senior Consultant at Aquis Search and extensive experience in various managerial and research roles, notably at Research4Search and Tracers India Search Pvt Ltd.
