Ganesh Devle

Ganesh Devle has over 30 years of work experience. Ganesh began their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Bajaj Auto Ltd in 1986. Ganesh then worked at PMP Auto Industries Ltd, where they served as a Planning Superintendent from 1989 to 1993. During their time at Ispat Industries Ltd, they held the role of Senior Manager and worked on SAP version 3. From 2000 to 2006, Ganesh served as a Senior Consultant at Siemens Information Systems Ltd. Ganesh then joined Coconut Softwares Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Program Manager from December 2006 to June 2007, where they led consultants resourcing and managed SAP projects. Ganesh returned to Siemens Information Systems Ltd in 2007 and held the position of Chief Consultant until 2008. Ganesh then joined Invenio Business Solutions, where they held various roles including General Manager - SAP, Global Delivery Head, Global Head - People & Competency Management, Chief Mentor & Global Head of Resource Management Group, and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Academy.

Ganesh Devle completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1982 and 1986. Ganesh then pursued their Master in Management Studies degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 1987 to 1989.
