Ana Cristina Kleindienst

Ana Cristina Kleindienst has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Competition Law Associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. In 2014, they were a Legal Assistant of the Private Law Section at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, as well as a Monitor for the Graduate Program at Universidade de São Paulo. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Senior Associate - Litigation, Arbitration, Commercial and Antitrust at Derraik & Menezes Advogados, and a Senior Associate - Antitrust at Caminati Bueno Advogados. In 2016, they also became a Professor for the Corporate Law LL. M. at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2022, they will become the Head Of Legal at Inventa.

Ana Cristina Kleindienst obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2007-2011, followed by a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the same university in 2013-2016. Ana Cristina also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero in 2006-2009. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD's degree in Commercial Law at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have a certification from the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense - CADE obtained in July 2010 through their Exchange Program (PinCade).
