Daiana Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Daiana started their career in 2013 as an Assistant in Personnel Administration at Apdata do Brasil, where they were responsible for payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Daiana then worked as a Junior Personnel Administration Analyst at CCP - Cyrela Commercial Properties, where they handled payroll calculations, time and attendance management, and employee benefits administration.

In 2018, Daiana joined APAS - Associação Paulista de Supermercados as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, where they worked on various HR initiatives. Daiana then moved on to Docket Brasil as a Senior Payroll Analyst, taking care of all payroll processes and collaborating with external accounting partners. Subsequently, they joined PicPay as a Benefits Analyst, managing employee benefits programs.
