Usama Abid

Usama Abid is the current CEO at Inventhub, and they have also previously worked as a hardware product designer and curator at TEDx. Usama founded DIY GEEKS in February 2014 and served as its CEO until November 2018. Usama also completed undergraduate research at Information Technology University from January 2014 to July 2017.

Usama Abid is an entrepreneur and electrical engineer who has participated in various programs and received certifications from different institutions. Usama started their entrepreneurship journey at Draper University, where they received their BS in electrical engineering. Usama then went on to participate in the Global Accelerator Program at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Afterwards, they completed a fellowship in Silicon Valley Immersion at Motwani Jadeja Family Foundation. Finally, they participated in the Entrepreneur Exchange Fellowship at ATX+PAK Exchange Program. In addition to their academic achievements, Usama has also received certification from Draper University in entrepreneurship and from NI (National Instruments) in FPGA Basic Training.
