Benoît Millencourt

Ben Ostrander is a Project Management Professional with extensive experience in various consulting and project management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023, Ben has previously held Project Manager positions at Craneware and Carilion Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023 and May 2016 to July 2022, respectively. Earlier roles include Project Manager at JPI and Senior Consultant at Integrated Federal Solutions. Ben's career began as a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems, followed by a role as Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.
