Nicole H.

Nicole H. has a strong background in real estate, with experience in various roles and companies. Nicole began their career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Heritage Property Investment Trust in 2004, and later joined Centro Properties Group US as an Acquisitions Associate in 2006. In 2011, they moved to Brixmor, where they served as Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions and later as Director of Portfolio Management. From 2014 to 2015, Nicole worked as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at SunTrust Bank. Nicole then joined InvenTrust Properties Corp. in 2015 as Vice President of Transactions, and subsequently became Vice President of Acquisitions at RCG Ventures, LLC in 2017. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Vice President of Transactions at InvenTrust Properties Corp. since November 2018.

Nicole H. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University. In 2013, they attended the JTR School for Professional Development, specializing in Development, Design & Construction as a scholarship recipient. Additionally, they pursued a Real Estate program at Boston University from 2006 to 2007.
