John Wallace

John Wallace has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. John is currently the Head of Business Development at InVerbis Analytics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Indra for almost two decades, where they held multiple positions such as Director and Business Unit Director. During their tenure at Indra, they were responsible for the Telco business in Northern Europe, overseeing account management, operations, and business development. Under their leadership, they successfully tripled the business in the region, expanded operations to new countries, and introduced new delivery models to improve profitability. Before joining Indra, John worked at PwC as a Senior Manager, where they gained expertise in management consulting, IT projects, business process re-design, change management, and IT strategy implementation. At IMPAC® Integrated Control Systems, Inc., they served as a Project Manager, helping businesses improve their operations through business process re-design and the implementation of better management techniques. John has extensive experience in project and people management across different industries and countries.

John Wallace attended Hofstra University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 1999, they also completed the Strategic Management Consulting Programme at Hult Ashridge.
