Helga Ballester

Helga Ballester possesses extensive legal expertise with over two decades of experience in various roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as General Counsel (temp) at ReadID by Inverid since February 2024, Helga provides comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, Helga was the Legal Director at Commvault from December 2014 to January 2024, managing worldwide channel organization legal affairs and advising executives and employees. Prior roles at Commvault included Senior Corporate Counsel EMEA & Channel Programs, where responsibilities encompassed legal matters in EMEA and commercial negotiations. Helga's legal career began at Netapp, where as Senior EMEA Legal Counsel, responsibilities involved corporate and regulatory matters across several regions, followed by a role as Commercial Legal Counsel. Earlier experience includes positions at Oracle as a Contract Specialist, Trias Politica as a Legal Researcher, and Nike as a Financial Analyst. Helga holds a degree in Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and pursued further education at Utrecht University.
