With a significant tenure at Experian, James progressed from Senior Presales Consultant to Head of Identity & Fraud EMEA, leading teams to drive success for clients across the EMEA region. Earlier roles included project management at FICO®, TSYS, and Merck, alongside a foundational position at FJ Systems. James holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and possesses fluency in Spanish and Italian.
