Richard H. Chesterton

Rich is the Chief Investment Officer. In this role he oversees the investment process for equities, fixed income and alternatives, and supervises its implementation for private client relationships and institutions. He also works with institutional and private clients and leads the third-party manager selection process. Prior to joining Inverness in 2007, Rich was a Vice President at U.S. Trust where he was most recently a portfolio manager working with private clients. His previous roles were as an equity analyst and a member of the open architecture investment team.

Rich earned a BS from North Carolina State University in 1998 and an MBA from Columbia University in 2003. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
