Clayton de Souza

Clayton de Souza is an experienced Engineering Manager at Invesco Ltd. since March 2001, currently leading the EMEA Software Engineering team since January 2018. Clayton provides technology leadership and strategic vision, focusing on skill development within the team and the design of secure, stable, high-quality software solutions. Previously, Clayton served as an Engineering Team Leader and Project Manager, successfully managing technology projects and fostering team growth. Early in the career, Clayton worked as a Senior Developer and Developer, specializing in Oracle, SQL, XML, XSLT, and .NET technologies. Clayton began professional experience as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems after graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Manufacturing Systems from the University of Hertfordshire.
