Geoff Crawford

Geoff Crawford is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Coach and Lean Process Executive at Invest Northern Ireland since July 2016, Crawford specializes in training businesses on Supply Chain Management and Lean Process Improvement techniques. Prior experience at Michelin from July 1998 to June 2016 includes roles such as Product Development and Process Improvement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product industrialization and managing production evolution processes. Additional roles involved leading quality planning for new product introductions, advising on manufacturing and processing issues, and utilizing industrial engineering concepts to enhance productivity and efficiency. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Management from Ulster University, completed in 1994.
