Reba Molotsi is a Business Development Specialist for Defence & Aerospace at Invest Ottawa, where responsibilities include connecting SMEs to Tier 1 defence firms and government organizations for funding and partnership opportunities. In this role, Reba supports foreign direct investment initiatives and facilitates collaborations within the Ottawa ecosystem. Previously, Reba served as a Government Relations Coordinator at Carleton University, analyzing key governmental issues, and as a Student Data Analyst for the City of Ottawa, focusing on data training and analysis. Reba also held leadership positions at Carleton University, including Director of International Student Programs & Partnerships, and FYC Peer Mentor, enhancing student engagement and support services. Reba holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Sciences with a focus on the biological foundations of cognition from Carleton University.
