Sanjay Kohli

Sanjay Kohli has a strong and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Sanjay is currently working as a Partner at Quilvest Capital Partners since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Managing Director at Investcorp starting from March 2017. From 2011 to 2017, they held the position of Partner at 3i Group plc, where they co-founded and was a shareholder of 3i Debt Management, a global credit management business. Sanjay was also involved in a management buyout of Mizuho's entire USD 6bn debt fund business. Before joining 3i Group, they worked at Mizuho Corporate Bank for 11 years, serving as the Head of Central & East Europe, Russia, Middle East, India, and Africa. Their career began in 1996 as a Credit Analyst at MUFG, where they worked until 2000.
