Hersh Bale

Hersh Bale is currently a Private Equity Analyst at DW Healthcare Partners since May 2024 and possesses a strong background in investment analysis and portfolio management. With experience as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Investa Insights, Hersh has been involved with the US and Canada Intercollegiate Investment Club. Previously, Hersh worked as an Analyst at Mustang Capital, specializing in event-driven investments, and held the role of Private Equity Analyst at both Pillar49 Capital and Bay Street Capital Investments, focusing on middle-market and lower middle-market buyouts. Education includes an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, expected in April 2025, and a BMOS in Finance from Western University, completed in April 2023, following earlier studies at St. Edmund Campion Secondary School.
