Maxim Kislitsyn

Maxim Kislitsyn is currently serving as Chapter Co-Chair and Portfolio Manager at Investa Insights, the largest North American intercollegiate investment club, since September 2023. In this role, Maxim contributes to the publication of stock pitches, market research reports, and transaction analyses. Previously, Maxim worked as a Venture Debt Credit Analyst at Espresso Capital, focusing on venture debt underwriting and portfolio management from May 2024 to August 2024. Additionally, Maxim held the position of Corporate Development Analyst at dotCMS, where responsibilities included working on SaaS lower middle market buyouts between May 2023 and September 2023. Maxim is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, expected to graduate in 2025, and completed a High School Diploma at Halifax West High School.
