Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for The HAP Foundation and as a board member for Petalfast Inc., InvestBev, Compoveda Tequila, Sip Tequila, and Canine Companions®, Lapcewich brings a wealth of knowledge in governance and strategic growth. Previous roles include executive positions at Breakthru Beverage Group and Diageo, where significant contributions included leadership in corporate strategy and business development, along with overseeing operations across multiple markets. Lapcewich holds a BBA in marketing from the University of Iowa and has furthered education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Northwestern University.
