Antalene Jordaan

Antalene Jordaan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Antalene started their career at Airports Company South Africa as an Engineer in Training, where they led capacity planning projects and coordinated with airline and airport authorities. Antalene then worked at Colgate Palmolive as a Production Planner, before moving on to Q Data Consulting as a Business Consultant.

After that, Antalene joined ATIO Pty Ltd as a CRM Technology Manager, responsible for customer relationship management and quality of service products. Antalene built simulation models and provided technical support to the sales team.

Antalene then worked at Unilever, where they held various positions including Senior Information & Analytics Delivery Lead and Business Intelligence IT Projects Lead. Antalene managed global Business Intelligence solutions, led the implementation of a BI Cost Centre Tool, and handled multiple projects with geographically dispersed teams. Antalene also served as Global IT Audit Manager and Information Manager during their time at Unilever.

Most recently, Antalene has been working at Investec as a Data Tech Lead. Antalene leads a team in building and maintaining the Private Bank's data platform and applications. Antalene is also actively involved in the modernization of the platform as they transition to cloud and distributed data mesh architecture.

Antalene Jordaan completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1992 and 1995. Antalene later pursued a Graduate Diploma in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, at the same university from 1997 to 1998, achieving distinction in the program.
