Antonio Maria Cravo

Antonio Maria Cravo has a diverse work experience in the finance and engineering fields. In 2005, they started their career as a Graduate Engineer at Edgar Cardoso - Engenharia e Laboratório de Estruturas, where they focused on the design and analysis of reinforced concrete bridges and strengthening works for train tunnels. Antonio Maria then moved on to Tecnovia SGPS in 2006, where they worked as a Project Manager. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an Engineer at Arup. In 2012, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Management Associate Intern in Project & Export Finance. Antonio Maria continued their career at Standard Chartered Bank, taking up various roles such as Associate - Mining & Metals Project Finance, Associate Director, Director in Energy & Natural Resources, Africa & ME, and Director of Project Finance. In 2021, they joined Investec as a VP in Power & Infrastructure Finance.

Antonio Maria Cravo received their MSc in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark as an Erasmus student, focusing on Renewable Energies and Sustainable Buildings. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Finance, General at London Business School.
