Brandon Haberfeld has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Brandon started their career at Boston City Campus & Business College in 1994 as the Head of Academic Dept: IT and National HOD Information Systems. In 1999, they moved to Investec as a Global Risk System Architect and later took on roles as the Human Resources IT Manager and Head of Linux Operating Systems. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Head of Global Operating Systems at Investec. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Platform Security at Investec.
Brandon Haberfeld obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) HONS degree in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Information Technology from the same university, with studies spanning from 1991 to 1994. Brandon completed their Matriculation at Kimberley Boys' High from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) from Torque IT in 2012 and C++ programming from Borland Software in 1996.
