Lindiwe Shole

Lindiwe Shole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lindiwe has worked at Investec since 2015, starting as a Business Systems Analyst and eventually becoming an IT Development Team Lead and Delivery Lead. In these roles, Lindiwe was responsible for setting strategies, managing projects, and coordinating activities across the full delivery cycle. Prior to Investec, Lindiwe worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at IQ Business South Africa, a Business Analyst at African Bank, and a Business Analyst at Absa. Lindiwe also worked as a Process Engineer and Automation specialist at Barclays Africa Group Limited. Earlier in their career, Lindiwe held roles at Absa Bank as a Process Custodian and a Business Development Officer. Overall, Lindiwe's experience includes project management, business analysis, system engineering, and customer acquisition.
