Luke Benjamin

Luke Benjamin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Investec since March 2020, Luke's previous roles include various COO positions at Deutsche Bank from January 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities spanned Europe, Alternative & Real Assets, Sustainable Investments, and Asset Management in Australia. Additionally, Luke held the position of Managing Director and COO for Real Estate Europe & Sustainable Investments at DWS from March 2015 to October 2019. Prior to these roles, Luke was the Managing Director and Owner of Josam Consulting Pty Ltd and served in multiple leadership capacities at Deutsche Asset Management, DeAM MENA, ING, and Asgard Wealth Solutions. Luke holds an educational background from the University of Newcastle and Barker College.
