Pavandeep Wakem

Pavandeep Wakem currently serves as the Head of Strategic Operations for Real Estate at Investec, a role assumed in March 2022, while also leading the Business Management team for Private Equity and Specialist Lending. Before joining Investec, Pavandeep held various positions at Barclays from July 2013 to February 2022, including Business Manager for Specialist Lending and VP of Balance Sheet Optimisation, focusing on regulatory relations and client affairs. Earlier experience at RBS from July 2010 to June 2013 included roles as Corporate Banking Business Treasury Manager and Balance Sheet Manager. Pavandeep holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance Studies from the University of Westminster and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and ACCA.
