John Egan

John Egan has extensive experience in various technology and consulting roles. John currently works as a Project Consultant at HCRG, where they oversee the deployment and governance of essential project policies and tools. John also leads international technology transformation initiatives and serves as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Prior to their current role, John served as a Senior Strategic Data & Technology Partner at Spencer Ogden. John also worked as an Interim CTO at Acre, where they supported the Technology and Data team in implementing new technologies to enhance user and customer experience.

John has also held positions as an Interim CTO & Head Of IT at Investigo, where they led strategic transformation initiatives, and as a Managing Director at INEO Consulting, where they helped recruitment businesses optimize their technology and data utilization.

Additionally, John has experience as a Programme Director/Interim CTO at Interim Partners, an Interim Chief Information Officer at The Barton Partnership, an Interim Chief Technology Officer at KennedyPearce Consulting, and an Interim CTO at VNA Recruitment Ltd. John also worked as a GDPR CRM Solutions Architect at New Street, where they provided guidance and technical solutions for GDPR readiness.

Throughout their career, John has focused on leveraging technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. John has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.

John Egan completed their A Levels in Geography, Economics, and IT from St Thomas More between 1996 and 1998. John also obtained a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from APMG-International in November 2013 and achieved intermediate fluency in Spanish through the Duolingo platform in 2016.
