Sergio Catalano

Sergio Catalano is the Head of Asset & Sustainability Management at InvestiRE SGR since December 2011, where responsibilities include implementing ESG sustainability themes and coordinating a multidisciplinary team for governance integration. Additionally, Sergio serves as Head of Asset Management, overseeing a team focused on real estate management activities, such as budget monitoring, property management supervision, and project coordination. Prior experiences include Project Manager roles at Investire Immobiliare SGR SpA and Agenzia del Demanio, where responsibilities encompassed technical management and state property enhancement. Sergio’s career began at Pirelli & C. Real Estate and included service as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Italian Navy. Sergio holds a degree in Architecture from Università degli Studi 'Mediterranea'​ di Reggio Calabria.
