Jay Tucker

Jay Tucker is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial control, reporting, and tax management. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at IDX™ since July 2023, Tucker previously held the same title at CashFlows from March 2020 to June 2023, overseeing accounting, financial control, statutory reporting, and tax matters. Prior to these roles, Tucker's notable experience includes significant positions at Visa, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Director of Controllership for the European region and Director of Reporting, Tax & Shared Services. With a solid foundation in tax management at companies like Cleanaway Waste Management and Inchcape plc, Tucker's career began with a traineeship at Deloitte after earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCL.
