Chukwuka Monye

Chukwuka Monye has a diverse range of experience in the IT field. Chukwuka started their career at GTBASSET MANAGEMENT as an Operations Assistant from December 2011 to July 2012. After that, they joined Investment One Financial Services Limited and held various roles. From July 2012 to August 2016, they worked as an IT Support Engineer/Helpdesk Officer. Then, from August 2016 to August 2018, they served as the Head of IT Technical Support/System Administrator. Finally, they were promoted to the role of Head of System Administrator, IT Operations and Support in August 2018, where they demonstrated expertise in various areas such as remote support, Microsoft 365 administration, device deployment and management, migration to the cloud, helpdesk ticketing, VOIP call solutions, network and server monitoring, and infrastructure cost reduction. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved high client satisfaction ratings and improved system performance and productivity.

Chukwuka Monye completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria, from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials.
