Leila Bouhya Chafai has worked in various roles since 2015. Leila began as an Export Assistant at TEXTRON TECNICA, S.L. in 2015. In 2016, they joined EF Education First as a Student Advisor - MEAST (B2B) and Lead Qualifier - Marketing department. Her duties included onboarding new students for English courses, following up to meet objectives set by each company, attending to students' doubts and conflicts, and analyzing potential customers to obtain information for the sales department. In 2019, they began working as a Project Manager at Admira Digital Networks, where their duties included coordinating and managing digitization projects, recommending technological solutions, and negotiating and preparing commercial proposals and budgets for new projects. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist at Xolo since 2022.

Leila Bouhya Chafai completed a Foundation degree in Marketing & Public Relacions from the University of Wales between 2017 and 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) in International Trade from Ies carles Vallbona between 2014 and 2016.
