Alexsa O'Neal

Alexsa O'Neal has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Alexsa recently worked as a Solutions Architect at InvestorFlow starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce from July 2021 to February 2023, where they focused on driving business value and providing tailored solutions for clients in the high tech vertical.

Alexsa also worked at Cloud Theory as a Lead Consultant from February 2020 to July 2021 and as a Senior Consultant from July 2018 to March 2020. In these roles, they provided consultation services to clients.

Before joining Cloud Theory, Alexsa gained valuable experience as an Assistant Vice President and Technical Services Manager at State Street from October 2016 to June 2018, where they managed a large Salesforce org and oversaw the Salesforce Technical Support group.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Shorelight Education from August 2015 to October 2016, where they managed a Salesforce org. Prior to that, they held positions at Experian Data Quality as a Project Delivery Manager from October 2014 to August 2015 and as a Technical Support Analyst from December 2013 to October 2014. In these roles, they managed projects, provided technical support, and facilitated collaboration between departments.

Alexsa O'Neal attended Suffolk University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Fine Arts and a minor in Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification in May 2014, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in August 2021, and the Security Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in July 2021. Alexsa most recently obtained the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in January 2023.
