Charles Jolicoeur

Charles Jolicoeur, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and business development, currently serving as the Principal Account Director for Major Accounts at Investissement Québec since April 2003. In this role, Charles provides debt financing to businesses in Quebec and supports European companies looking to establish a subsidiary in the region. Previous positions at Investissement Québec include Director of Business Development, Portfolio Director, and Project Director, engaging in various financial analyses and operational enhancements. Earlier experience includes positions as an economist in the Ministry of Finance and Economy and internships at notable organizations such as the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Hydro Québec. Charles holds a Master of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from Université de Sherbrooke.
