David Streliski, M.Sc., CFA, Qualified Risk Director®, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Integrated Risk Management and Financial Governance at Investissement Québec. Prior to this role, they were a Co-Founder and Ambassador at Koïos Intelligence, where they played a key role as the Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Operating Officer. David has also worked as an Executive Risk Consultant under contract with EY, leading a transformative project for a large financial institution. David further founded Streliski Risk Consulting and served as its President. Other notable positions include Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Élections Canada, Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Global Head of Technology and Business Integration at Fiera Capital Corporation, and Vice President of Performance Management and Portfolio Valuations at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. David also held the role of Partner in Financial Risk Management at Deloitte Switzerland. Additionally, they have been actively involved in the PRMIA, serving as a Co-Regional Director and Board Member for the Americas. David's expertise lies in risk management, financial governance, and digital transformation.
David Streliski, M.Sc., CFA, Qualified Risk Director®, obtained a BBA in Finance and Economics from HEC Montréal in 1993, followed by an M.Sc. in Applied Economics from the same institution in 1995. In 1999, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. In 2023, they completed the Qualified Risk Director® certification in Risk Governance from The DCRO Institute. Additionally, in 1990, they pursued a minor in Computer Science and Economics at the Université de Montréal.
