Sylvain Gendron was named Vice-President, Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary in April 2021.
With over 20 years of experience, including several at the executive level, Sylvain Gendron worked at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) for some 15 years. His has also held positions in the private sector at McCarthy Tétrault and Ogilvy Renault.
Mr. Gendron holds degrees in law and business administration (finance) from Université Laval and is a member of the Barreau du Québec (Québec Bar).
