Joyce Chou has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Joyce is currently the Head of Sales Structuring at InvestSuite where they lead the sales structuring efforts. Joyce'srole involves coordinating deal structuring and sales operations to enhance client service in the goal of democratizing and digitalizing wealth management. Prior to this, they worked as a WealthTech Solution Specialist at InvestSuite, where they focused on helping financial companies expand their product range with next-generation tools.

Before joining InvestSuite, Joyce worked at Sun Life Global Investments as a Wealth Sales Representative. In this role, they collaborated with investment advisors and financial planners to build a secure financial future for clients. Joyce also worked as a Wealth Sales Assistant at Sun Life Global Investments.

Joyce's early experience in the industry includes working as a Banking Advisor at RBC.

Joyce Chou completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with honors, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and International Business, at Simon Fraser University. Joyce attended this institution from an unknown start year to 2016. Prior to their university education, Joyce attended Burnaby North Secondary School between 2005 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2016. Joyce is also currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program from the CFA Institute and is expected to receive the certification in May 2023.
