Jamie Scaff

Jamie Scaff, MBA, CCP, CBP, GRP has worked in various high-level roles related to global total rewards and operations. They currently hold the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards (includes Mobility) at Invicti Security since 2022. Prior to that, Jamie served as the Head of Global Total Rewards and Operations at CircleCI from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Jamie worked as the Global Total Rewards & Job Architecture Design Principal at Rimini Street. Before that, they worked as a Global Reward Management Consultant at jamie.scaff from 2015 to 2018. Jamie's career started at Fujitsu, where they worked as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & M/A from 2005 to 2015.

Jamie Scaff holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of North Texas. In addition, Jamie has obtained certifications in various areas, including tracking, measuring, and reporting DEI efforts from LinkedIn, and certifications as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork. Jamie has also completed Advanced Compensation Training from Workday.
