Michael Fraser

Michael Fraser, CPHR, is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Education, currently serving as Principal of People and Culture at Invictus Accounting Group LLP since July 2021, after progressing through roles as Director and Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Community Builders Group, along with teaching positions at Stratford Hall, Maple Leaf Educational Systems, and Discovery School. Michael also worked as a Supply Teacher for Protocol Education and began a career in hospitality at Royal Scot Hotel and Suites. Michael holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ashton College and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and History from the University of Victoria.
