April Jackson has extensive work experience in contracts and administration, with over 25 years of experience in the field. April began their career as a Contracts Analyst at Executive Security and Engineering Technologies in 1996, where they assisted in government contract procurement, negotiations, cost control, and closeout. April then worked as a Contracts Administrator at Creative Technology, Inc., administering small-scale contracts, modifying subcontracts and task orders, and generating monthly status reports for government clients. At CSC, they worked as an Administrator/Project Control Analyst, monitoring financial performance on contracts, reviewing/approving/following up on various requisitions and reports, preparing intercompany work orders with other divisions, and preparing cost proposals. April also worked as a Contracts Manager at JB Management Inc., preparing bids, quotations, proposals, and agreements, with experience in deployment-related pricing. At VSE Corporation, they served as a Senior Contracts Administrator, preparing bid and proposal, administrating contractual agreements including TA, NDA's etc. and complete tasks such as close-out actions of Task Order. At SGI Global, LLC, they worked as the Director of Contracts, while at Invictus International Consulting, LLC, they began as the Vice President of Corporate Administration before assuming the Chief Administrative Officer role.

April Jackson graduated from the University of Virginia in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. April then went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration degree in Contracts and Procurement from Mary Washington University in 2006.
