Katja Bormann

Katja Bormann started their work experience at IBM in 2011 as an Executive PA, where they maintained effective relationships, handled expenses, and managed diaries. In 2013, they joined Lidl GB as a Purchasing Assistant, responsible for contract writing and communication with suppliers. Since 2014, Katja has been working at Inviqa, initially as an HR Assistant, where they handled training records, recruitment, and various HR administrative tasks. Katja then progressed to the role of HR Adviser, providing support and producing monthly metrics for the HR Director. Currently, Katja holds the position of Senior HR Adviser at Inviqa.

Katja Bormann holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ealing, Hammersmith and West London's College. Katja also obtained a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they have a certification from CIPD for completing the Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
